Puisque personne n'y comprend rien au budget de la Ville de Paris, j'ai décidé de faire ce que Paris n'a jamais fait : publier en opendata l'ensemble des données budgétaires, de les rendre intelligibles, et d'ouvrir un simulateur vous permet de tester votre propre budget.
